since our line is made up of handcrafted heirloom pieces, it is recommended to hand wash all alexandra & wells items. avoid direct scrubbing or friction over any areas where wording is seen. for best care, it is strongly suggested to hand wash in cold water with gentle baby detergent, and lay flat to dry. items can be washed on delicate, or tumble dried on low; however, to preserve the longevity of your piece, hand washing is always recommended.

our organic cotton patches have raw edges | expect minimal wear to occur with use and washing. to maintain crisp edges, it is strongly recommended to hand wash pieces with organic cotton patchwork.

We accept returns and exchanges on full priced, unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of marked delivery.

Exchanges are processed at no cost to the customer.
