Our Story. Our Purpose.
I never imagined that I would become both a mom and a āloss momā at the same time. Yet I did, and here I am.
Alexandra & Wells was born from the love I have for my firstborn son, Wells. After losing him unexpectedly at two days old, I was left carrying a grief I didnāt know how to name, alongside a motherhood I didnāt know how to hold. In the early months, I longed for something to take care of, a way to speak his name, and the ability to keep his presence woven into my everyday life. So I created just that.
What started in my own heartbreak became something much bigger than me. Alexandra & Well was started in honor of Wells, but grew in honors of the families walking this road beside me. It became a safe space for those longing to feel seen in a grief the world often does not know how to recognize and hold.
Every piece I create is rooted in remembrance, comfort and connection. My hope has always been for these clothes to be more than just clothing. And over the last 6 years, I think I have done that. Our clothes define the impossible moments, the times when you need to feel a hug, and the days where you need to show that your child and your motherhood matter.
Wells changed my life in two short days, yet he continues to shape it every morning I wake up. And I will never stop thanking him for that.
