You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order is ready to ship. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update once an email is received.
Customized orders typically have an extended fulfillment time. Please reference product listing for estimated fulfillment time.
If you believe your package should have been shipped, and have not received a shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us. We do our best to abide by our fulfillment time frames; however, there as a small business, we run into circumstances where orders may be delayed.
Please note if you placed your order during a restock or new release event, fulfillment times may be extended.
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Shipping costs are determined by what is ordered, the weight of the package, and the final destination of the package. Please note it is our responsibility to accurately declare all package contents and associated weights on custom forms.
alexandra & wells is not responsible for paying any import taxes or duties associated with international orders. Any additional fees required at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are currently only shipping jewelry orders via USPS. All jewelry sales over $500 will require a signature at the time of delivery.
Once a package leaves our facility and has been scanned into the requested postal service, we no longer hold responsibility for the package. alexandra & wells cannot accept responsibility or issue compensation for packages that are delivered to incorrect addresses. alexandra & wells cannot accept responsibility or issue compensation for packages that have been marked as delivered to the correct address, but are unable to be located. We are happy to file a claim for the missing package on your behalf, but no refunds or reshipments will be issued until the claim is approved and settled. If you need to file a claim, please reach out to us.
Exchanges & Returns
While we always hope that our customers are happy with their purchase, we know that sometimes returns & exchanges are necessary. We are happy to offer an exchange or return for a refund for any full-priced, eligible item within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returned and exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
We are happy to exchange eligible items at no cost to you.
Full returns and refunds are subject to a $15 processing fee.

alexandra & wells has the right to refuse any exchange or return request. All returned items will be inspected by a member of our team to determine return eligibility.

At this time, we have a strict no return policy for all jewelry sales. Due to our made to order model, your jewelry order is made specifically for you, and cannot be returned for reimbursement.
If you wish to upgrade your jewelry piece upon receipt, you must contact us within 7 days. If an exchange is approved, we will credit the amount of the initial order towards the desired upgrade.
As part of our quality control process, all jewelry pieces are inspected in our studio under a microscope for imperfections. If you believe an imperfection is present on your piece, you must contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery time.

If you are wanting to return your order for a refund, once we recieve and approve the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund for the order amount minus return shipping and a $15 processing/restock fee.
At this time, we are unable to issue return labels for international orders.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you are wanting to exchange your order for a different size, you must first return the original order, and then place a new order for the new size.
