Our standard fulfillment time for regularly stocked inventory is 7-9 business days however, alexandra & wells reserves the right to extend this processing time — updated processing times will given on the announcement bar at the top of our website.  At this time, we are unable to rush orders.  If you would like expedited shipping outside of our standard processing time, this can be upgraded during checkout.

Custom orders take up to 4-5 weeks for fufillment.

All shipping timeframes and costs are calculated at checkout.  Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant tracking information.

We are not responsibility for any import taxes or duties for international orders.  Any additional fees required at the time of delivery are at the expense of the customer.

We accept returns and exchanges on full priced, unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of marked delivery.  

Exchanges are processed at no cost to the customer.

Returns are subject to a $15 processing fee to cover associated shipping costs and restocking.

“Return to Sender” packages that can not be delivered to the address given at the time of checkout are reshipped at the expense of the customer.  If you wish to not have your order reshipped, you will be issued a refund minus the original shipping cost.
