Shipping & Returns | PAIL Collection

The fulfillment time for our PAIL Collection is up to 8 weeks. We structure this collection as a preorder in order to accommodate the large number of orders being placed — as well as in an attempt to avoid selling out.

We estimate all PAIL clothing to ship by early October. If your order includes anything other than PAIL clothing, the entire order will ship at the same time.

All shipping timeframes and costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant tracking information.

We are not responsibility for any import taxes or duties for international orders.

We do not accept returns on any PAIL merchandise. Each article of clothing is made specifically for your order. We only run this print once per year, and are unable to guarantee any exchanges.
